What this shows
The iOS Settings page for the app shows Notifications off, with background refresh and cellular data on. This is system settings reached from the app, not an app screen.
Capture context
iOS capture, 27 October 2026. Existing account or guest state; not installation defaults. Captured sequence may have gaps. OS previous-app return labels and persistent Live Activities in the status bar are not part of the foreground product. No notification permission or in-app preference was changed. The in-app modal was cancelled after the OS settings destination was viewed in a separate step; delivery and frequency were not observed.
