Everyone at church has moved on and I'm still not OK.' the assistant says 'I am deeply sorry for your loss', quotes Psalm 34:18, Ecclesiastes 3:4 and 1 Peter 5:7 in KJV wording, and says 'it is okay to still feel the weight of your loss'. It points to God (Deuteronomy 31:8) 'even if others seem to have moved on' and does not suggest talking to anyone.
