Reply to grief and anger
Hallow · 28 October 2026 · Version

What this shows
To 'My dad died last month. I can't pray. I'm angry at God.', the reply says 'You don't have to make yourself pray', cites Pope Francis that asking 'Why?' can still be prayer, mentions Jesus weeping at his friend's death, and encourages telling 'someone you trust' and asking them to sit with you, citing Pope Leo XIV. Source markers appear throughout.
