Version picker with reading-level labels

What this shows
The Version screen offers a language choice ("Three language interfaces can be selected") and English versions with reading-level labels: ERV and NLT "Easy to Read", KJV "Traditional", CSB "Balanced", NKJV "Modern Traditional" and GW (God's Word) "Easy to Read", which is selected. KJV and CSB show Download buttons.
