One prayer thread for the whole community
A “Prayers” sheet opens on a card, “Prayer requests: How can the Glorify community be praying alongside you? 🙏”, with 481.63k responses. Below are requests posted one to six minutes earlier, each under a first name and avatar with heart and reply buttons (names and requests blurred here), and a “Leave a response” field.

Design takeaway
A single public thread makes it easy to ask, and puts a stranger’s request about stress next to whatever comes next. Say who reads the thread, and what happens when a post says someone is not safe.

Sharing with a group
From a request kept between someone and God, through one listener they choose, a few friends and a group with a leader, to the whole church and a public wall, with a board ranked by prayer streaks as a warning case: decide who hears a request, what each listener can and must do with it, and what comes back.

From the received words of a church’s daily office, through guided steps and a list of people to pray for, to quiet prayer with nothing to fill in, and counted prayer as a warning case: decide what each surface asks someone to read, type, share or count.
