A tracking request that says what it is for
Over the Home screen, the system dialog asks to allow Hallow to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites, with Hallow’s text: “Your data will be used to help optimize new outreach and marketing efforts. We do not sell your data to third parties.”

Design takeaway
Saying plainly what tracking is for helps people decide. It is still asked on the home screen, before anything requires it.
