An “Emotional and Spiritual Health Report”

A web report headed with the user’s name (blurred here) and “Your Soultime Emotional and Spiritual Health Report · Full report · 31 Oct, 2022”, with “See how you’ve changed · Retake the Test”. The text invites the reader to read slowly and ponder each section, and says the results built “a tailored course of audio meditations”.

Design takeaway

Inviting slow, reflective reading is careful. Calling it a health report and inviting retakes to see change frames the soul as something measured; say how the report was produced and what it cannot know.

Check-ins and assessments

From a few setup questions that only shape what the app suggests, through a daily check-in, a gifts inventory and a church survey, to a spiritual score as a warning case: decide what each question is for, what is kept, who sees a result, and how much the result claims to know.
