What this shows
Prayminder: a prayer (title covered), Settings tab with the Status menu open (In progress, Answered, Archived), Group, "Include in prayer rotation" on, and "Set specific times".

OS previous-app return labels and persistent Live Activities from other apps are not part of the foreground product. Personal details are covered by labelled grey bars; all other pixels are unchanged. The prayer title is covered.
